Massage Table Upgrades!
At Pain Relief Massage & Wellness, I’m committed in giving all my clients the very best experience each & every time they visit my office. I generally do this through taking 50-100 continuing education hours in massage techniques & learning the latest in pain science each year. This year hasn’t been any different.
What’s new this year? I’ve taken almost 40 additional continuing education hours in cupping therapy techniques & theory. You can read more about cupping therapy HERE. I’ve also started school in Health Coaching to better serve my clients in that capacity. I’m always excited to learn more to bring the best experience for all of my massage clients.
I wanted to enhance my clients experience even further by making upgrades to my massage table. So what did I do? Here’s what I added:
The Biomat 7000mx
The Biomat is an amazing addition to my massage table. It’s a table warmer that uses Amethyst and Tourmaline gemstones to produce far-infrared heat as well as negative ion therapy for a deeper, relaxing experience. The penetrating heat from a Biomat will keep you nice & warm even after getting off the table. You can read more about the Biomat HERE.
Quantum Energy Pad
Essentially a memory foam topper specifically designed for the Biomat. It makes up three layers:
Toca - tourmaline embedded fabric
Quantum Energy Fabric - This special fabric is made of organic substances from peach and grape seeds. Quantum Energy Fabric is made from organic compounds of peach and grape seeds, which consists of more than 18 types of specific substances. The substances are as follows: Phosphoserine, Phosphorylethanolamine, Aspartic Acid, Theanine, Serine, Glutamic Acid, A-aminoadipic Acid, Glycine, Alanine, Citrulline, A-amino-n-butyric Acid, Valine, Methionine, Leucine, Ethanolamine, Ammonia, Lysine, and Histidine.
Bioclay Memory Foam – This special foam contains ochre, which has anti-microbial enzymes that do not promote the growth of bacteria.
Strata FacePillow With Flex-Rest Platform
Cloud-comfort cushioning made with memory foam to increase comfort and support while your face-down on the massage table. The Strata FacePillow has a platform that flexes and pivots to adapt to the unique shape of your face and neck posture. Sinus pressure is reduced and pressure points eliminated. A step above most standard massage table head rests!
Fluffy Bolster!
The Fluffy Bolster is stuffed with ultra-soft material and is ideal for those with circulation problems. Air vents at each end allow it to shape itself for various uses. Clients find this much more comfortable than my old bolster.
What’s Next?
I’m convinced that you’ll love your session laying on my massage table with these new upgrades. For 2019, I’ll start to offer Health Coaching services (more info to come next year!), Hot Massage (high heat with the Biomat in combination with salt stone massage), more Medicupping greatness, and learning more advanced orthopedic massage techniques!
